We do not collect more than is necessary to operate the platform on behalf of your school or organization. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not market iMV's products or services to you. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

iManageVolunteers LLC ("iMV") provides a software platform that schools and volunteer organizations use to coordinate volunteer activities. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

When you create an iMV account, we collect:

• Identity information: name, email address, optionally a phone number for SMS notifications
• School and family information: which school or organization you are affiliated with, and the children in your family who attend
• Volunteer activity: events you sign up for, hours you log, donations you record
• Account preferences: notification settings, profile preferences

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the iMV platform to you and your school
• Send program communications on behalf of your school (event announcements, shift reminders, auction notifications) when you have opted in
• Maintain account security and prevent abuse
• Improve the platform and develop new features

Third-Party Services

iMV uses the following service providers to operate the platform. These providers process information on our behalf:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Neon (database hosting)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Anthropic (AI features for premium customers)
• Replicate (AI image generation for premium customers)

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information except where retention is required by law (e.g., for tax or regulatory compliance). Your school or volunteer organization may retain limited records of your volunteer activity for their own purposes.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access and correct your personal information through your account settings
• Request deletion of your account and personal information by emailing support@imanagevolunteers.com
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time (see imanagevolunteers.com/sms-info)

Children

iManageVolunteers is intended for use by adults (18 or older) acting on behalf of their families and school communities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and associated information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. The "Last updated" date below indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
